Consultations:
We charge a small fee for all standalone consultations. Secure this personalised planning session with a deposit, marking the first step towards your bespoke style transformation.
Health & Safety:
Clients are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their service. We prioritise your safety and comfort.
Chemical Services:
At Elevate, we prioritise the long-term health of your hair and scalp. We reserve the right to refuse any service that may compromise this commitment. All chemical services we provide, we require a signed waiver form, this will either be sent via email prior to your appointment or in salon prior to starting your appointment.
Age Policy:
Chemical services are available only for guests aged 16 and above. To maintain a serene ambiance, we welcome guests aged 11 and over for non-chemical services. If a service cannot be completed due to guest discomfort of stylist discretion, the service will be discontinued and full payment will still apply.
Booking Deposit:
All appointments are required a 50% deposit to secure booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or our online booking portal. After 48 hours, any rescheduling or cancellations a cancelation fee will be charged or deposit forfeited.
Punctuality:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. A fee of £15 will automatically be charged with a charge for each additional 15-minute delay, and rescheduling may result in the loss of your deposit if more than 30 minutes has reached.
Skin Test Requirement:
A mandatory skin test 48 hours prior to colour services.
Pre-Appointment Preparation:
Please arrive with hair undone and detangled hair to ensure we can begin your service promptly. Additional detangling or style removal if required, will incur a fee.
Colour Corrections & Service Adjustments:
Any colour correction, service re-do, or corrective service must be booked and completed within 6 weeks of the original appointment. After this period, the service will be charged at the full applicable rate.
Policy on No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited.
Extra Guests:
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we request that no extra guests or children accompany you during your visit. In individual cases, arrangements can be arranged for children appointments and anyone requiring a companion due to disability or special needs.
Vlogging Policy:
Please seek permission for filming or vlogging during your visit at the time of booking. The salon may take photographs, film, or record live footage at any time during your visit. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform front of house or your stylist at the earliest convenience.
Transparent Pricing:
Please note that prices may vary following your consultation and are subject to change without prior notice.
Surcharges:
Surcharges may apply where applicable during the service. Any changes will be discussed and confirmed during and at the end of your appointment.
Payments:
American Express is accepted for purchases or appointment payments of £100 minimum. All other Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments are accepted.
Enjoy Our Refreshments:
Enhance your visit with our selection of complimentary refreshments, curated for your enjoyment and relaxation.
Restricted spaces:
Guests are kindly asked not to enter staff-only areas clearly marked with signage. if you require assistance retrieving an item, please ask a member of staff.
Personal Possessions:
We do not take any responsibility for our guests’ personal property while on premises. We advise guests not to leave belongings unattended.
Lost Property:
Any lost property found on the premises will be retained for a maximum of 2 weeks, after which it will be disposed of. It is the guest’s responsibility to contact the salon to retrieve any items. We do not post personal belongings.
Return Policy:
All products and services are non-refundable.
Service Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your service so we can make it right. We hold our work highly and we want you to love your hair.
Agreement to Terms:
By booking and attending an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all salon policies. You acknowledge and agree to these terms, designed to ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.
